1. Mons
As capital of province of Hainaut, Mons surprises with magic of magnificent bells of city's belfry, which chime from 80-meter (270-foot) tower. The winding streets lead visitors through city's landmarks of various architectural styles. 2. Dinan
The city is located on banks of glittering river Meuse in province of Namur, 65 km (40 miles) south of capital. Khan cave and Dinan grottoes attract tourists here. These caves are among largest and most beautiful in Europe and are located in a wildlife sanctuary teeming with native flora and fauna. Also, famous Notre Dame Collegiate Church is located in city, but it was partially rebuilt due to a previous massive landslide.
3. Leuven
Leuven is home to oldest Catholic university in world with a population of around 100,000, nearly 35,000 of them students, who are the lifeblood of city. Two seemingly endless streets are full of interesting shops and art galleries, and in historic quarter of city there is the bell tower on Church of St. Peter and Great Beginag and other attractions. Visitors will find things to do and do at Leuven's Grote Markt, which has attractions such as town hall located next to various restaurants, street bars and cafés.

The quaint Tournai area, bordering France, is a great place to acquaint yourself with hustle and bustle of Belgium's big cities. 5. Mechelen
This bustling city of Mechelen has not been overly exploited by tourism. In fact, Mechelen is one of favorite tourist attractions for locals in Belgium . From tours of Beguinage brewery to river cruises, there is plenty to see and do in this part of Flanders. The giant top of tower of Rombout Cathedral is best way to enjoy panoramic views of Antwerp harbor and this beautiful city.
