The most livable city in world? My friend who moved to Vienna told me truth

    1 |Low cost of living

Living in Vienna is very cheap. If you live in London, a shared one-bedroom apartment costs £550 (about €620) per month including sharing living room, bathroom and kitchen with up to four other people. The total rent for our house is over £2,500 per month. The location of my home in London is also about 30 minutes from city centre.

In Vienna, an entire private apartment (63 m2) costs only 800 euros per month. This includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment is also located close to Zieglergasse station, next to busiest main shopping street and only four stops from city centre.

Besides rent, other living expenses such as groceries, restaurants, and bills tend to be small.

    2 |Security

There is a sense of security in Vienna. I often walked at night and even after midnight and never felt in danger. You also rarely see fights, antisocial behavior, or feel threatened by street crime at any time of day.

    3 |Accessible bus system

What I like about Vienna is availability of public transport. You can get an annual transport card for 396 euros per year / 33 euros per month / 1.08 euros per day. Not only are they cheap, you'll find that public transport system iswell designed and efficient, making it easy to travel anywhere in city.

    4 |Clean and beautiful

Living in Vienna, it is not difficult to feel that environment of this city is very clean and beautiful, especially after returning from travels in other countries, I feel difference even more. I feel that street workers/cleaners take pride in keeping city clean. Not only streets, but also subways, public buildings, facades, almost everything in city.

    5 |Great Leisure

Finally, it's not just famous sights to visit in Vienna, but in and around city you'll find plenty of parks, spas in beautiful surroundings, forest trails for hiking, outdoor swimming pools, etc. etc. Rich activity.
